When it comes to art, I fail. Majorly.

Sure, I can rock a stick dude and lolipop trees, but that only gets you so far. I'd really like to become a better artist, but I've never been able to actually get my mind set on practicing. I've tried to improve my skills a couple of times, but not much improved.

Plus now I'm getting into the photography bit. I've had no training on photography techniques or anything, but every now and then I manage to take a picture that I really really like. Usually those pictures end up on here. ^_^

I don't have the proper photo editing software, either. I've been trying to find one to use that's free, and I know about GIMP, but to be honest I really didn't understand how it worked. And there were some effects that I wanted to do that I had no clue how to get the GIMP program to do. Maybe if someone could point me to some good tutorials, perhaps? *winkwink*

Anywho, until I find time to work on improving my art skills, or find some form of art I really enjoy, I guess I'll just be floating through the different forms. But I think I'm going to stick with photography for a little while longer.
